Bob Fowner

Founder
About Bob: Bob was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended the University of Maryland for Business and Speech & Hearing. Bob is a retired Marine Corps Colonel, and has been in the area since retirement in 1979. He is our company founder and President. He started with his first property in 1979 and has held positions from General Manager to Association Manager for several properties throughout his career. He is a Rotary International member and is very active in the Community Association Institute (CAI).
Something you may not know about Bob: I was a member of the State of Florida’s ad-hoc committee that initiated Community Association licensing in the state of Florida.
Favorite hobby: Since I cannot fly or scuba dive anymore, my favorite hobby is golf.

Debbie Fowner

About Debbie: Debbie attended Troy State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management. She has lived here in Fort Walton Beach, Florida since 1968 and considers it to be home, and very special.

About Aaron: Aaron was raised on the beaches of Okaloosa Island and graduated from Fort Walton Beach High School in 1993. After high school Aaron settled in Mobile, AL to attend Southeast College of Technology. He now resides in Mary Esther, FL with is wife Casey, three daughters Emily, Ella, and Elyse.
Something you may not know about Aaron: Before moving back to Florida, I was a Sr. IT Manager with Cingular Wireless (now AT&T) where I managed teams responsible for maintaining customer data and managing monthly billing cycles.
Favorite hobby: Used to be running but I got old. Now I keep fish…African Cichlids from Lake Malawi in east Africa. Although, my daughter says it is more of an obsession than a hobby.
Favorite sports team: Three time National Champion Florida State Seminoles
Dream Vacation: Anywhere that doesn’t involve a mouse with big ears!
Casey Webber

About Casey: Casey was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and spent over 7 years working in a children’s pediatric ER. She loves spending time with her family, and that is what brought her to RDF Associates, Inc. She works in accounts payable here at RDF and is happy to assist you!

About Kristen: Kristen was born in Colorado but frequently moved around the U.S. and briefly called Germany and Canada home due to her Father’s engineering career. After graduating from high school in Northern Indiana, she attended Indiana University. While vacationing in Northwest Florida in 2008, she fell in love with the beautiful beaches and opted to stay rather than return to the chilly Midwest. When she’s not at the beach or on the water, she enjoys playing pool, watching sports, reading, adventures with friends, and playing with her three nephews. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Florida International University.

About Darcy: Darcy grew up in the San Francisco Bay area before relocating to the Florida Gulf Coast in late 2002. She now calls Navarre her home. She has a daughter her graduated from UWF in 2012 and a Jack Russell named Patty that she rescued and adopted in 2013. She loves the beach, fishing, and riding her Harley.
Something you may not know about Darcy: Back in the day, Darcy belonged to IJSBA and raced jet skis. She competed 2 years in a row in the world finals in Lake Havasu AZ.
Favorite hobby: Fishing and going for rides on her Harley

About Brenda: Brenda officially made northwest Florida her home after vacationing here while living in Missouri. She spent several years in rental management and owning/operating a condominium maintenance company with her husband prior to venturing into the association management world. She loves her free time at the beach and with her granddaughters.

About Tucker: Tucker was born in Kentucky in 2016. He was picked up by his Dad and brought back to the sunshine state to join his family at 8 weeks old. When he’s on the clock, he makes sure the RDF staff is always smiling, by running into walls, giving giant puppy hugs, and pulling Nana around when he’s on his leash. When he’s off the clock, he enjoys cuddling with his 3 sisters and showing Mom and Dad how fast he can run in the backyard.

About Charlotte: Charlotte was born and raised in Jackson, MS and has lived in Destin for over 20 years. She is the proud graduate of Ole Miss where she received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing. She worked in the travel agency business for 16 years where she became a Caribbean Specialist and traveled extensively, however, never finding a more beautiful beach than here on the Emerald Coast. After a short career in real estate development and sales, she became a Florida licensed CAM manager in 2007.
Favorite hobby: Watching Food Network, coming up with my own recipes, cooking them and then eating them

About Katelyn: Katelyn was born and raised in the small town of Baker, FL. After high school she spent two years in central Florida playing volleyball before returning to her home town. Katelyn graduated from the University of West Florida with a bachelor’s in Business Administration. She enjoys coaching volleyball, going on road trips, and spending time with her friends and family.
