Condominium and Homeowner Association Declarations/Restrictions
To locate Condominium or Homeowner Association Recorded Declarations/Restrictions, you may visit the respective county official records website, linked below for your convenience. Once accessing the site, enter the first words of the association name into the "Name" box. These files are often very large with many pages which many email servers will disallow being sent through to recipients, thus downloading to your computer is often the most efficient.
